Srinagar, Aug 19 (UNI) The Lake and Water Ways Development Authority (LAWWDA) and Srinagar Development Authority (SDA) will have new heads in the reshuffle ordered by the Jammu and Kashmir cabinet in the state administration.
As many as 12 IAS and other senior officers were transferred and posted by the cabinet which met here under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, an official spokesman said today.
Mr Mir Naseem, Vice Chairman SDA has been transferred and posted as Vice Chairman LAWWDA, which looks after water bodies, including Dal and other Lakes in the state.
Mr M A Liagaroo, Managing Director State Financial Corporation has been transferred and posted as Vice Chairman Srinagar Development Authority. However, he will also hold additional charge of Managing Director State Financial Corporation till the post is filled up.
Mr Jeet Lal Gupta, Director Industries and Commerce Jammu has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Chief Secretary, Mr Pradeep Gupta, Special Secretary to Chief Secretary has been transferred and posted as Director Industries and Commerce Jammu, Mrs Dilshada Khan awaiting orders of posting has been transferred and posted as Director Land Records Kashmir against an available vacancy and Mr Farooq Ahmad Special Secretary Revenue has been transferred and posted as Director Industries and Commerce Kashmir.
Mr G M Sofi Managing Director State Road Transport Corporation has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary Consumer Affairs and public Distribution, Mr J L Bhagat, Additional Secretary Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution has been transferred and posted as Project Director Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Mr Manzoor Ahmad Lone, Additional Secretary Finance Department has been transferred and posted as Managing Director State Road Transport Corporation, Mr Javed Ahmad Panjoo, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director Cable Car Corporation relieving Mr Farooq Ahmad Shah, Director Tourism Kashmir of the additional charge, Mr A K Raina, Joint Director School Education Jammu has been transferred and posted as Incharge Director School Education Jammu and Mr S S Anand Incharge Superintending Engineer Mechanical Engineering has been transferred and posted as Managing Director JK Minerals.
