Senior block pramukh shot at

Lucknow, Aug 3 (UNI) Senior block pramukh of Ramiya Behadh and three others were shot at over a land dispute at Nighasan area of Lakhimpur Kheri late last night, police said today.

Senior block pramukh Izaz Ahmad and his three associates were shot at by five miscreants near Gariyapur bazar.

Izaz and his aides were grievously wounded in the incident and had been admitted to hospital.

Rakesh Gupta and Rampreet had been arrested in this regard.
