SAAG revenues up 26 %

Chennai, Aug 3 (UNI) SAAG RR Infra Limited, a subsidiary of the Malaysian-based SAAG Consolidated, has registered total income of Rs 1,152 lakh for the quarter ended June 2007, an increase of 26 per cent over the total income for similar period in the last fiscal.

Profit after tax for Q1 FY 2007 stood at Rs 81.22 lakh, a company release here today said.

Meanwhile, Mr C A V Sivakumar, a chartered account, has joined the board of SAAG RR as additional director with effect from July 30 2007, it added.

Mumbai, Aug 3 (UNI) Prices of Groundnut, Palmolein and Sunflower oils remained steady today on moderate consumers demand and sufficient stocks, traders at the Bombay Commodity Exchange (BCE) said. Call money ends at 2.50 percent

Mumbai, Aug 3 (UNI) Call money rates today ended at 2.50 percent as compared to the previous close of 0.10 percent. It opened at 3.00 percent in morning and hovered around these margins during most part of the day. RSP registers all time best performance in July

Bhubaneswar, Aug 03 (UNI) The Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), a unit of Steel Authority of India Limited, commenced the second quarter of 2007-08 registering best performance for any month of July since inception of the plant.
