The Bench then disposed of the petition, filed by the Foundation For Integrated Research and Mental Health, Thiruvananthapuram, against the ''inaction and lethargy'' of the Government in the matter of denial of fundamental rights to life and education to the five children, who were stopped from attending the M.D.L.P.School at Pampadi, Kottayam, following protests from the parents of other students.
