BJP making trivial statements on Babulal's comeback: JVM

Ranchi, Aug 3 (UNI) Jharkhand Vikas Morcha(JVM), led by the state's former chief minister Babulal Marandi, today charged the BJP with ''political conspiracy by making trivial statements regarding Mr Marandi's return to the BJP.'' The party's general secretary Ashok Verma here said threatened by the popularity of the JVM president, the BJP was trying to create confusion among the party workers by making such statements.

Mr Vema said so far the party had been able to infiltrate to the block level and efforts were on to expand its reach to the panchayat level by the end of this month.

The JVM leader also claimed that a number of BJP MLAs were in contact with them.
