Man arrested for stealing money from Guruvayoor temple

Thrissur, Jul 19 (UNI) Police today arrested a man on the charge of stealing money from the steps of 'sopanam' inside the Lord Krishna Temple in Guruvayoor near here.

Police said 30-year-old Sasikumar of Kozhikode, was arrested for robbing money offered by the devotees and recovered nine 500 notes from him.

Victorian MP sues Greek female for 10 million dollars over rape charge

Melbourne, Jan.25 (ANI): Victorian MP and former minister Theo Theophanous has filed a 10 million dollar criminal damages claim against the woman accusing him of rape.According to the Sunday Herald Sun, Theophanous's lawyers filed the claim in the Kalamata District Court, in southern Greece, last week.Documents show the 45-year-old woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was served a summons at her Kalamata residence.She has been ordered to face court on October 15 or meet.....

China rejects US's currency manipulating charge
