DLF first quarter net at Rs 579.27 crores

New Delhi, July 19: Realty developer DLF Ltd today said it has recorded a net profit of Rs 579.27 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2007.

The total revenue stood at Rs 1,207.11 crore in Q1FY07, a press release said.

The Board of Directors of the company has recommended a dividend of 100 per cent on the entire equity share capital including the shares issued in the IPO of the company for the financial year 2006-07.

Kolkata, Jul 25: Berger Paints India Limited has posted a net profit of Rs 19.9 crore compared to Rs 17.2 crore in the first quarter of 2007-08, which is up by 16 per cent. During the quarter, sales grew by 18 per cent to Rs 344 crores from Rs 291 crores in the corresponding period, last year. The company's subsidiary, Berger Paints Overseas Limited, in Russia had commenced the commercial production......

Canara Bank records 25.98pc growth in Q1 profit

New Delhi, July 25: Canara Bank today said it has posted a net profit of Rs 240.55 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 as against Rs 190.93 crore in same quarter previous year, registering a growth of 25.98 per cent. The total income grew from Rs 2755.49 crore during Q1FY06 as against Rs 3760.07 crore in Q1FY07, a statement said.UNI.....
