MeritTrac Services enters Philippines

Bangalore, July 18: MeritTrac Services, India's largest skills assessment company, today announced its foray into Philippines through strategic partnership with Tholons Inc., a leading investment advisory and Management Company, gaining a firm foothold into one of the largest offshore destinations for Business Process outsourcing.

Initially MeritTrac and Tholons would assist the Philippine Government to map the employable talent pool of the country.

MeritTrac would help Tholons launch various assessment techniques in Philippines and train Tholons staff to implement the gamut of tools developed by it.

Moving forward Tholons would be responsible for marketing and sales of MeritTrac's complete suite of assessments. Not only would they represent MeritTrac in Philippines but would also be responsible for the entire delivery of their test and other services, a company release here said.

Commenting on the strategic partnership and foray into Philippines, Madan Padaki, Co-Founder and Director, MeritTrac Services, said, ''This partnership provides us a great opportunity to expand our footprint globally. Philippines is an excellent destination for off-shore services and provides immense opportunity for MeritTrac. 30 killed in rebel violence in Philippines
