New Delhi, July 9: Textile major Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd (SLCL) today said its board would meet on July 13 to consider raising up to Rs 50 crore through a private placement of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures.
The funds would be used for augmentation of long-term working capital needs and meeting normal capital expenditure requirements of the company, said a statement.
Kanpur-based SLCL is an established manufacturer in the blended fabrics, quilted fabrics, fusible interlining and embroidered fabrics market.
