Muzaffarnagar, June 14 (UNI) Unidentified assailants shot dead two persons in separate incidents in Bhaurakala area here, police said today.
Dharmpal (65) of Jaitpur village was shot dead late last night, while he was sleeping at his residence.
In another incident, Baghpat resident Krishna Pal was killed in Gadhi Nowabad.
The reason behind the crime was yet to be ascertained.
Meanwhile, Manhunt had been launched to nab the assailants.
