Lucknow, June 7 (UNI) Dabur India today made it clear that despite the controversial land deal involving mega star Amitabh Bachchan, it will continue with the series of advertisement campaigns featuring the Big B.
''There is no question of withdrawing the ads featuring Amitabh particularly those of Hajmola as he is very popular among the masses,'' Dabur India Category Head (Digestives) Praveen Jaipuriar told reporters here.
He said Amitabh Bachchan grabbing the headlines for the controversy will not effect Dabur's relation as ''he is a great actor and the company uses his talent to attract consumers''.
Asked if the people will accept Big B after the land issue, the official said there is nothing serious about the row and company has no hitches in continuing with his ads.
Amitabh is doing at least three to four advertisements for Dabur, being telecast on the channels.
Meanwhile, Mr Jaipuriar also gave away awards for the 'Hajmola Bahana Championship' with the first prize of Rs one lakh won by three-year-old Ayushman Jaiswal of Sonebhadra district.
