Synaptris expands its market in Hong Kong

Chennai, May 22: Software Products company Synaptris, which offers Reporting and Analysis solutions, today announced its expansion in Hong Kong as part of its APAC(Asia Pacific) growth plans.

The company, which has a strong presence in North America and Europe, was increasing its focus on the APAC market this year and adopting the channel partner route to expand its presence, a company release here said.

As part of its expansion, Synaptris has entered into a partnership with the Hong Kong-based Gee Kay Systems, a company that specialises in providing Financial Management solutions, to market, support and implement Synaptris flexible Reporting and Analysis solutions in that country.

The partnership will target the Financial Management area and Gee Kay Systems will leverage its eight year experience and successful track record in this segment.

Synaptris solutions enable users to derive greater business value from their information and make highly informed decisions in their dynamic business environments, within their familiar reporting paradigm.

Synaptris has over 2,200 customers and 200,000 licensed users spread across 60 countries.

As part of the partnership, Gee Kay Systems will dedicate an exclusive team to provide complete sales, product evaluation and post-sales support to its customers for Synaptris products, the release added.

Syndicate Bank to issue more equity shares

Mumbai, May 22: Syndicate Bank today said it's Board of Directors have granted their approval for further raising of the bank's capital by way of issue of 8,00,00,000 equity shares having face value of Rs 10 each at a price to be determined later. GM India to launch diesel luxury Sedan next month

Mumbai, May 22 (UNI) General Motors (GM) India is planning to launch its Chevrolet Optra TCDi series luxury Sedan next month. GM India Vice President P Balendran here today said, ''The company is in the final stage of bringing its latest member of the the optra family to the market. It will be manufactured at Halol plant and should reach Chevrolet retailers next month.'' The new Optra with TCDi (Turbocharged Common rail Direct injection) engines.....
