Chandigarh, May 21: Mr Om Parkash, Joint Director (Research and Reference), Public Relations and Cultural Affairs Department, Haryana, died at Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai, last evening, after a brief illness.
He was 49. He is survived by wife and a son.
The mortal remains of Mr Om Parkash would be consigned to flames at his native Ramgarhia village in Bhadra tehsil of Hanumangarh district in Rajasthan this evening.
The staff of the Haryana Public Relations and Cultural Affairs Department has condoled his death and conveyed their heartfelt condolences to the members of the bereaved family. They prayed for peace to the departed soul.
