KPIT Cummins, Biz Connexion enter strategic pact

Mumbai, May 19: KPIT Cummmis Infosysystems, a global IT consulting organisation, announced today a strategic partnership with South Africa-based Business Connexion.

The partnership will focus on manufacturing, diversified financial services, advanced technology solutions and the automotive and industrial market sectors.

KPIT Cummins MD and CEO Kishor Patil stated in a release, ''We believe that this partnership will open a new era of growth for KPIT Cummins. South Africa is an emerging market and we would like to capitalise on the opportunity.'' KPIT Cummins provides integrated offerings that include Advanced Technology Solutions.

Infosys Q3 net rises 6% at Rs 983cr

Bangalore: Infosys Technologies has announced its third quarter results. The company reported net profit at Rs 983 crore (Rs 9.83 billion) in the third quarter, up 5.81% versus Rs 929 crore (Rs 9.29 billion) in the previous quarter.The company's revenues were up 5.91% at Rs 3655 crore (Rs 36.55 billion) versus Rs 3451 crore (Rs 34.51 billion) QoQ.The group has posted a net profit after tax, exceptional item and minority interest of Rs 983.....
