Under-trial escapes from train

Lucknow, May 15 (UNI) A under-trial today managed to escape after jumping from the running Bundelkhand Express in Mauranipur area here.

Santosh Kumar Soni, an under trial in Jhansi jail, escaped when he was being brought back by three police personnel in the train, police said.

Santosh, an accused in a murder case, was taken to Allahabad High Court yesterday for hearing.

A case has been registered and the three cops in charge of him suspended.

London, February 28 (ANI): An international group of American and British scientists have found that the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) has the ability to adapt to the body's defence system, which suggests that any successful AIDS vaccine must keep pace with the ever-changing immunological profile of the virus.Researchers at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and the University of Oxford in England conducted a study that showed HIV adapts by spelling out at least 14 different "escape mutations" that help.....
