Rajahmundry, May 15 (UNI) Tributes were paid to Sir Arthur Cotton, who carved
out of Cauvery, Krishna and Godavari Delta by constructing Anaicuts on his
birth anniversary today.
In a function held at various parts of the city and districts, the farmers
garlanded the statue of Cotton and recalled his services to the delta regions.
