MP bypolls: Raghuvanshi, Cong candidate for Shivpuri

New Delhi, May 14: The Congress has named Virendra Raghuvanshi as its candidate for bye-election to Shivpuri Assembly constituency in Madhya Pradesh.

His candidature was approved here today by Congress President Sonia Gandhi, according to an AICC release issued here today by Mr Oscar Fernandes, Permanent Invitee to the CWC.

Thiruvananthapuram, May 17: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Rajnath Singh today said the NDA's candidate for the Presidential election will be decided within a few days, but chances of major parties arriving at a consensus on a common candidate could not be ruled out.
