Napalese man hits wife to death

Shimla, May 15 (UNI) A Nepalese woman was killed by her husband at Jhamdhar village of Chopal tehsil nearly 112 Km from here in Himachal Pradesh.

The incident took place last night when deceased,Dhansari was hit on head with a spade by Shashi Bhadur during a quarrel.The case under section 302 of IPC has been registered against the man, police sources said.

Baghdad, Dec 30: A US soldier was killed by a roadside bomb in Baghdad, the US military said today, bringing the number of US military deaths in Iraq since the beginning of the war to at least 2,996. Earlier, the US military reported the deaths of three US marines from wounds suffered in combat in Iraq's western Anbar province.Reuters.....

Bihar; 40 feared killed as bus falls into Ganga

Hajipur (Bihar), Dec 30: At least 40 people were feared killed when a private bus jumped the rallings of Mahatma Gandhi Setu over the Ganga and plunged into the river early today. Official reports said the bus was on its way to Patna from Hajipur and the driver lost control of the vehicle due to thick fog.
