Mumbai, May 15 (UNI) ING Vysya Life Insurance has launched ''ING Lifeplus'' -- an insurance plan that offers ''enhanced protection cover'', under which an annual five per cent increase in life cover will be extended to customers as long as the premiums are paid.
The plan also allows customers partial withdrawals from the fifth year onwards.
The scheme is mainly targeted at medium-to-long term regular savings customer segment and provides convenient policy terms of 10, 15, or 20 years with a premium of payment ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 50,000 per annum, a release said here today.
''ING Lifeplus is an entry level product in the unit linked category that aims significant customer acquisition in rural areas,'' product development head Y V D V Prasad said.
Under the scheme, the customers will get the benefit of systematic investment by paying premiums at pre-determined intervals throughout the policy term.
