9 killed in road accident

Robertsganj, May 15 (UNI) At least nine people, including two women, were killed and four others grievously injured in a jeep-truck collision in Chopan area of Sonbhadra district today.

Police said the accident took place near Telgudwa, in which six jeep passengers died on the spot.

Another succumbed on way to the hospital, while two others died during treatment.

Meanwhile, the condition of three of the four injured was stated to be critical.

A case had been registered.
