Kolkata, May 14 (UNI) Wella India Haircosmetics Pvt Ltd(WIHPL), a subsidiary of Wella AG Germany, has planned to extend its services to 8,000 salons in India at the end of 2007-08.
Speaking to UNI, WIHPL MD Wemer Robert today said the company would expand its business in India in a major way entering smaller towns.
''We currently have four regional centres, including Kolkata, Bangalore and Delhi, which offer technical services like haircutting and styling under the brand name of "Wella Friseur Services". We also offer hairstyling products to Salons,'' he said.
Wella was a German company which was taken over by Procter and Gamble two yers back.
Wella AG is a wellknown hair cosmetics company and distributes products and services in 180 countries across the globe.
