Shimla, May 12: Swami Ramdev is organising a six-day Yoga camp at Jathia village, near here, from Thursday, organiser Suresh Goyal said today.
Himachal Pradesh Governor V S Kokje would inaugurate the camp by lighting the lamp, he said, while addressing a press conference here.
Mr Goyal said Swami Ramdev would arrive here on Tuesday, two days ahead of the Yoga camp being held at Jathia Devi village, about 12 km from here, which has the capacity to accommodate 10,000 people.
The Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) would ply special buses from different parts of the town at 0400 hrs and again at 0800 hrs to make its easier for the people to make it to the camp, he said.
He said the entry to the camp would only be on production of a pass, while free passes would be issued to the poor.
A pharmacy camp would also be organised at Ice Skating Rink where free check up of the patients would be done by doctors from Patanjali Yog Peeth besides distributing free medicines to the cancer patients, he added.
