''The objective is to further strengthen the technology foundation of our engineering institutions by sharing advanced industry relevant methodologies and technologies in Electronics, Computer, Communication, Programming techniques and Operating Systems with the faculty,'' a eInfochips release said here today.
Invitation has been extended to all the leading engineering colleges across the state for participation in this programme. A workshop is scheduled till June 2, at the Department of Electrical Engineering Institute of Technology, Nirma University.
Senior technical managers from 'eInfochips' will conduct lectures on advanced programming techniques, advanced operating systems, development of device drivers, Digital Signal Processing and RISC architecture.
''This initiative will help build a stronger industry academic ecosystem and enable faculty to impart training on advanced technologies and relevant tools for embedded design engineers. The involvement of industry experts will enhance the curriculum with real life examples of design challenges and solutions,'' said Mr Pratul Shroff, CEO of 'eInfochips'.
