Autoline Ind to pick 51pc in US company

New Delhi, May 10: Autoline Industries Ltd, Pune-based supplier of auto ancillary products, today said it will acquire 51 per cent stake in the US-based Detroit Engineered Products Inc (DEP).

Autoline Industries has executed an agreement with the promoters of DEP for the proposed acquisition as strategic investor.

The high interest rates and sluggish sentiment continued to dampen sales in October with some exceptional volume boosters coming from new launches.
