Five died in hooch tragedy in Bihar

Motihari, Apr 29 (UNI) At least five people today died and seven fell sick after consuming spurious liquor at Belakorgi village under Piprakothi police station area in Bihar's East Champaran district.

Police said that victims complained of uneasiness after consuming the spurious liquor. While five of them died, seven others were rushed to a nearby hospital.

The incident was being investigated, police added.
