YOU Telecom ties up with Motorola and Sandvine

Mumbai, Apr 18: Citigroup-owned YOU Telecom India Private Limited, a &13;broadband service provider, today announced that it has entered into a &13;technology deployment agreement with global wireless communications major &13;Motorola and Sandvine technology group.

YOU Telecom will deploy &13;intelligent broadband solutions from Motorola in order to offer high-quality &13;internet services to over 150,000 subscribers.

Speaking on the &13;development, E V S Chakravarthy, CEO, YOU Telecom said ''We are always on the &13;look out for innovative means that will enhance customers' broadband experience. &13;In this context, we are pleased to be working with Motorola and Sandvine to &13;offer our customers a high-quality experience including high speed performance &13;and reliability for their valuable broadband applications''.

He further &13;added that YOU Telecom will deploy Sandvine's latest PTS 14000 platform &13;network-wide, across 10 cities in India. This solution will provide YOU Telecom &13;the visibility and tools needed to meet the needs of today's growing, dynamic &13;broadband networks and sophisticated broadband users across the country. &13;
