Mysore, Apr 13: Former Karnataka Minister and irrigation expert H N Nanje &13;Gowda today filed a complaint with the Vijayanagara Police against Infosys &13;Chief Mentor N R Narayana Murthy for 'disrespecting' the National Anthem during &13;President A P J Abdul Kalam's visit to the IT giant's campus here on April &13;eight.
Speaking to newspersons here, he said he had filed a complaint against Mr &13;Murthy as his statement amounted to showing disrespect to the National Anthem. &13;He alleged that the police department were trying to close the case without &13;filing an FIR against him.
Mr Gowda demanded a detailed judicial inquiry into the allotment of lands to &13;not only Infosys, but also to other big industries in the State. The State &13;Government should take necessary steps to prevent such huge land allotment to &13;industrial establishments, he said.
