Bangalore, Mar 22 (UNI) A city based BPO company, Easiprocess, has inked a contract with Jamaica based first third party client, Victoria Mutual Building Society to re-engineer its business processes.
The initial contract was signed in Jamaica recently the company said in a release here.
Easiprocess was a shore subsidiary of Kent Reliance of the UK, based in Bangalore, undertaking back office processing for the Society and third party services.
It would use the robust IT infrastructure and automated workflow processess which have enabled Easiprocess to help its parent Kent Reliance of United Kingdom to become the most efficient building society, the release said.
