Mixed Luck for PYC and Deccan teams

Pune, Mar 21 (UNI) PYC Gymkhana and Deccan Gymkhana teams had mixed luck on the second day of the Royal Western India Turf Club (RWITC) House Interclub Snooker Team Tournament here.

In a Group C tie, PYC 'A' easily defeated Pool Arena 2-0, while in another encounter in the same group Gamers Anonymous 'B' scored an hard fought victory over PYC 'B' 2-1.

Ameya Gokhale played a stellar role in the Gamers Anonymous win scraping past Rohit Nargolkar 37-65, 71-39, 43-30, 60-49, 65-24 in the toughest match of the day.

Their neighbours Deccan Gymkhana had mixed luck in yesterday's late night match. Indian men fail to qualify for 4 x 400 relay
