Atul Auto to raise Rs 20 cr via equity issue

New Delhi, Mar 18: Atul Auto Ltd, a leading three-wheeler producer, has announced plans to raise Rs 20 crore through issue of equity.

The company will issue the equity by way of making preferential allotment, Qualified Institutional Placement route to Qualified Institutional Buyers or Foreign Institutional Investors.

The company's Board will meet within a fortnight to consider the proposal.
