Youth kills parents and wife

Hajipur, Mar 16 (UNI) In a bizarre incident, a youth slaughtered his parents and wife with a sharp weapon at Barahrup village under Bhagwanpur police station in Vaishali district on weanesday.

Police yesterday said Ranjit Kumar killed his aged parents-- Janardan Singh and Janki Devi- besides wife Punam Devi following an altercation over family dispute.

He then buried the bodies at a nearby litchi orchard.

Police later exhumed the bodies after a tip-off given by the son of the culprit who went missing.

Raids were on to nab the culprit.

Shahdol, MP, Mar 16 (UNI) Three armed youth looted Rs 29 lakh from the Life Insurance Corporation of India's office at Budhar township, 20 km from this district headquarters, after tying up the manager and confining eight other employees early today, the police said. Plethico Pharma to raise $75mln to expand into US markets

New Delhi, Feb 26 (UNI) Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd today said it will raise 75 million dollars through Foreign Currency Convertible Bond (FCCB) to finance its expansion into the United States market. The company proposes to acquire retail pharmacy chains, manufacturing units, marketing firms and OTC brand in the US market for the expansion. Man sentenced to life for murdering wife

Faridabad, Mar 16 (UNI) A local court today awarded life imprisonment to a man charged with murdering his wife, whom he suspected of infidelity.
