Man repeatedly rapes 19-yr old daughter

Guna (MP), Mar 16: A man repeatedly raped his 19-year-old daughter in this district's Aaron Nagar and now is absconding, the police said.

A case was registered against Narayan Colony-resident Zulfikar following his wife's complaint. The victim was examined at the district hospital yesterday.

When the victim's mother visited Jaora's Hussain Tekri on Wednesday, Zulfikar raped his daughter again.

Karnataka cooperative minister injured in accident

Mysore, Mar 13: Karnataka cooperative minister G T Deve Gowda was injured in an accident when his car was hit by a another car on the Mysore - Nanjangud road late last night.Mr Devegowda was returning to the Mysore city after attending the village festival at Chikka Kanya, near here, when the mishap occurred. Though the injuries were not serious, he was admitted to a private hospital here.Police have seized the car and arrested the driver and investigation was on.UNI.....

HC orders CBI probe in Abhishek Mishra case

Ranchi, Feb 20: The Jharkhand High Court today ordered CBI inquiry into the death of Abhihek Mishra, whose body was found at Dassam Falls a day after he along with his friends, including Railway Minister Lalu Yadav's daughter, went for picnic there last year.A division bench comprising Justice Muthuswamy Karpagyavinaygam and Justice Permod Kohli asked the state government to stop investigation and hand over the case to the CBI.Initially the state police termed the case as ''accident'', but.....
