ND: Atul Auto to raise Rs 20cr via equity issue

New Delhi, Mar 16: Atul Auto Ltd, a leading three-wheeler producer, today announced plans to raise Rs 20 crore through issue of equity.

The company will issue the equity by way of making preferential allotment, Qualified Institutional Placement route to Qualified Institutional Buyers or Foreign Institutional Investors.

The compamny's Board will meet within a fortnight to consider the proposal.
