Pune, Mar 15 (UNI) Very light rain or snow are likely to occur at isolated places in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir.
Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Mainly dry weather will prevail over Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat state, Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Karnataka and Lakshadweep.

Severe cold wave conditions prevailed in some parts of Uttarakhand. Cold wave conditions also prevailed in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, in some parts of Haryana, at isolated places in east Uttar Pradesh, east Rajasthan and in remaining parts of Uttarakhand. Night temperatures were appreciably below normal in some parts of west Uttar Pradesh, west Madhya Pradesh, remaining parts of Haryana and were below normal in some parts of west Rajasthan, south Gujarat, coastal Andhra Pradesh and in remaining parts of west Uttar Pradesh. They were appreciably above normal in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, above normal in some parts of interior Karnataka. They were normal over the rest of the country.
