Body of a missing yoth found in river

Surat, Mar 15 (UNI) Body of a tourist taxi driver, who was missing from Bhaiya Nagar in Poonagam, was found from the Tapi river in Navadi area today.

Police sources said Rajesh Bhavsar (29), was missing since Tuesday. His relatives had filed a complaint with the police.

However, Surat Fire Brigade sources recovered his body at around noon.

Probe into Padghe power sub-station fire instituted

Mumbai, Mar 15 (UNI) A six-member committee has been appointed to probe the causes of yesterday's fire at the Padghe power sub-station resulting in disruption of power supply to towns on the outskirts of Mumbai. Mr Subrat Ratho, MD of power transmission company- Mahatransco has appointed the committee today which will be headed by Mr A K Deshmukh, former director of Mahatransco. Kolhapur, Mar 15 (UNI) Two minors were killed and their grand-mother was seriously injured when a car hit them near Sarnobatwadi on the Pune-Bangalore national highway here.
