'ADD KIOSK' for music lovers soon

Chennai, Mar 15 (UNI) The city based Giri Trading Agency Private Ltd is coming out with an 'ADD KIOSK', an innovative, revolutionary invention which is safe, sure, simple, legal and a win-win solution for true connoisseurs of music and movies, and owners of content without compromising on standards and safeguards.

Company's Directors T V S Hari and T S Ranganathan told newspersons here yesterday that, ADD KIOSK a stand alone kiosk with a touch screen would help anyone and everyone to download monophonic and polyphonic media ringtones and complete full length songs in regional, national and international languages, picture images, full length feature film, videos and much more. We could download music of our choice in a user-friendly environment into IPODS, USB-MP3 players, pendrives etc, they added.

They said the ADD Kiosk was designed in such a way that in the near future, it could morph into utility payment terminals. It would accept payments for virtually any utility service like telephone, electricity, besides turning into a multipurpose vending machine that could possibly issue daily and season railway and bus tickets and even sell petroleum products. In short, it would turn to be an all-in-one solution for our daily needs, they added.

The user would be prompted to give a transfer command in an easy to follow manner.

Meghalaya accords high priority to power sector: Jacob

Baba Arts to pay 15 pc dividend

Mumbai, Mar 16 (UNI) Baba Arts, an entertainment company dealing in areas of intellectual property rights space, film production, home video and post-production, today declared a 15 per cent interim dividend on 10,05,0470 shares for the financial year ending March 31, 2007. All those registered as shareholders of the company as on March 23, 2007 will be paid the dividend, Baba Arts said in a statement, adding 46.36 per cent of the shares lie in the public domain. Opposition stages walkout from Upper House in Bihar

Patna, Mar 12 (UNI) Dissatisfied with the reply of Bihar government on a special debate over slackness in utilising the Local Area Development Fund (LADF) of MLAs and MLCs, the Opposition today staged a noisy walkout from the legislative council during the pre-lunch session. Replying on the debate, rural engineering organisation minister Narendra Yadav said the government had decided to give the rights to MLAs and MLCs for selection of agencies for the works.
