Board exam cancelled in MP

Ujjain, MP, Mar 14 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Board Of Secondary Education's tenth-standard Hindi (Special) exam, earlier scheduled for tomorrow, was cancelled after the question paper leaked yesterday at a government school in this district's Tarana.

The question papers were distributed while a twelfth-standard Hindi exam was get underway. The district administration suspended Centre Incharge Surendra Sharma, his assistant Sudheer Joshi and an assistant shiksha karmi for carelessness.

''The incident occurred at Government High School Number 1.

Later, the right question papers were distributed. The Hindi (Special) exam is likely to take place on April 12,'' District Collector Neeraj Mandloi said here.

London, Feb 22 (UNI) Britain's Metropolitan Police has assured the Hindu community here that it will take action against aggressive conversion techniques and intimidation being employed against young Hindu girls by radical Muslim groups in university campuses. MP Assy to discuss Indore disturbances

Bhopal, Mar 14 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Assembly will take up for discussion tomorrow the issue of communal tension in the state's commercial capital Indore. Doctors' posts to be filled up in MP: Vishnoi

Bhopal, Mar 14 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Health Minister Ajay Vishnoi today informed the Assembly that district collectors would be authorised to fill up doctors' vacancies in hospitals. Replying to supplementaries by Mr Ramlakhan Sharma (Communist Party of India-Marxist) during Question Hour, he admitted that several such vacancies existed.
