Hyderabad, Mar 13 (UNI) SITI Corporation today announced opening of its new Offshore Recruiting Center (ORC) here to augment its growing RPO business and demand for its Talent Management Products, a top company official said.
The new facility could accommodate about 300 people. SITI, which offers value-added, cost-saving and efficiency-boosting recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services, has plans to double its workforce in the next 12 months and actively hire talent in Hyderabad suitable to deliver recruiting services to its international customers, according to SITI Corporation Marketing Director Chandra Ponneganti.
''According to leading analysts such as Gartner and others, RPO is one of the fastest growing segment in BPO. With proven and successful track record of our recruitment delivery capabilities and our continued focus on delivering value to our customers, we have built the right fundamentals over the last few years to grow rapidly in the future.
''We are rightly poised to the be the dominant player in this growing industry and this latest expansion is in line with our strategic plans,'' he said.
Over 100 companies spread across staffing and non-staffing companies in Information Technology, Engineering, Software, Semiconductors, Electronic Equipment Manufacturers, Telecom, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Health care, Government, Defence and others, use SITI services and products, he said.
