New Delhi, Mar 13 (UNI) Hutch, India's fourth largest telecom company, has launched the concept of simplified tariff sizes -- Small, Medium and Large (SML) -- with a recharge value of Rs 220, 348 and 499.
To get their best suited plan from SML, Hutch customers need to send a toll free SMS 'SIZE' to 111. The company's customer service will reply back the right suited plan for the particular customer on which plan to use.
''We have observed that most customers are unsure whether they are using the most suitable tariff plan. They also do not know whom to consult on the subject. This initiative from Hutch intends to help them take an informed decision,'' Hutch Marketing Director Harit Nagpal said.
The tariff plan for prepaid customers comes with a validity of one month for the recharge coupons.
According to the said plan, call rate in Hutch to Hutch for the Small, Medium and Large will be Rs 49 paise/min, 40 paise/min and 30 paise/min respectively.
Similarly, in local Hutch to other mobile the charges will Rs 99 paise/min for all the three tariff plans.
However, the said plans are available for Delhi and NCR. The plans in other states will be different according to the customers' needs.
Customers will get a balanced mix of talk time and call tariffs suited for the three talking patterns. Similarly, there are three Talk Plans for Postpaid customers. They can then shift to their preferred plan simply by sending an SMS.
These new talk plans in three sizes, based on the insight that some people talk more and some less, will also be available to new Hutch customers, who can choose the plan best suited to their needs.
