Police unearth hideout, recover war like stores in Kashmir

Srinagar, Mar 11 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police have busted a hideout and recovered war like stores in the south Kashmir district of Pulwama, a police spokesman said.

He said acting on a tip off, Pulwama Police conducted a search operation at Thokerpora Rohmu early today.

During the operation, police busted a hideout and recovered arms and ammunition, including one AK-56 rifle, ten Magazines, 15000 rounds of ammunition, five Pistol magazines. two wireless sets, four UBGL grenades, five Chinese Grenades, one Pistol, one Revolver, four Kilograms of explosives and a bag full of IED batteries.

However, no one was arrested in the operation, he said.

4 killed, 30 injured in UP road accident

Bijnaur, Mar 11 (UNI) At least four persons, including an infant, were killed and 30 others grievously injured after a private bus, in which they were travelling, collided head on with a roadways bus here today. Police register FIR against killing of two civilians by Army
