They are also likely to occur in Jharkhand, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Saurashtra, Kutch, Marathwada, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Dry weather will prevail over east Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat Region, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Rayalaseema, Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.
Day temperatures were appreciably above normal in some parts of Assam, Meghalaya, Jammu and Kashmir and Rayalaseema. They were above normal in some parts of Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Konkan, Goa, south Madhya Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.
They were appreciably below normal in some parts of Uttaranchal, Punjab and in remaining parts of Jammu and Kashmir.
The temperatures were below normal in some parts of Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, east Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan. They were normal over the rest of the country.
Night temperatures were appreciably below normal in some parts of east Uttar Pradesh and south interior Karnataka. They were appreciably above normal in some parts of West Bengal, Sikkim, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujareat State and Chhattisgarh.
They were above normal in some parts of Orissa, Marathwada, Vidarbha and Andhra Pradesh. They were normal over the rest of the country.
