ABC Bearings inks JV with NSK

New Delhi, Mar 11 (UNI) ABC Bearings Ltd has signed an agreement with Japan-based NSK Ltd to form a joint venture (JV) company to manufacture bearings for the automotive industry with an investment of Rs 80 crore by 2010, targeting mainly Japanese and other transplant customers.

The JV, NSK-ABC Bearings Ltd, will be located in Tamil Nadu and will start the commercial production from January next year with an initial investment of Rs 50 crore.

NSK will own 75 per cent stake in it, while rest will be held with ABC Bearings, a company statement said.

IBS Bespoke Solutions to offer IT solutions to Zoroastrian Bank

The rates in Kolhapur gur market hike by rs 100 and ranged between rs 1400 and rs 2000 per quintal. SAIL pays interim dividend of Rs 567.15 crore to the government

Kolkata, Mar 12 (UNI) Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) presented a cheque of Rs 567.15 crore towards interim dividend to the Centre for the financial year 2006-07. Earlier, while declaring the highest Net profit (after tax) of Rs 4,300 crore for the nine month period ending on 31st December 2006, SAIL had announced the interim Dividend at a rate of 16 per cent of the paid-up equity amounting to the total amount of Rs 660.86 crore.
