India Expo-2007 in Moscow

Chennai, Mar 10 (UNI) The Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) will organise 'India Expo-2007' in Moscow from March 12 to 15 to showcase the country's wide range of quality products.

FIEO chairman R K Dhawan will head a 70-member delegation representing more than 40 companies to the expo.

Products ranging from pharmaceuticals, textiles, agro-products, life-style products, carpets, machinery items, home furnishings, automobile parts and health services would be displayed in this exposition, according to an official press release here.

"The exhibition would be a step foward to strengthen bilateral trade and economic ties between the two countries particularly after the recent visit of President of the Russian Federation", FIEO President Ganesh Kumar Gupta said.

Andhra Bank CMD inaugurates new branch in AP

Kanipakam, Andhra Pradesh, Mar 10(UNI) The Chairman and Managing Director of Andhra Bank K Ramakrishnan today inaugurated a new branch and also the ATM at Kanipakam, known for the renowned temple 'Sri Varasiddi Vinayaga' in Chittoor District. BJP wins record 19 seats, helps SAD to power in Punjab

New housing numbering system soon in temple town

Tirupati, Mar 10 (UNI) As part of the statewide pilot project to rationalise housing numbers, a new housing numbering system would be implemented in the Corporation limits soon. According to Municipal officials here today, under the new system, only two numbers like 100/1 or 100/2 would be allotted to the houses for easy identificatioin of commercial areas.
