Parsvnath wins bid at Rs 231cr to set up mall

New Delhi, Mar 9 (UNI) Parsvnath Developers Ltd today said it has won the bid with a total amount of Rs 231 crore at a recently held auction of freehold commercial plots by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to develop a mall at Rohini.

''The mall will be world class. It will be constructed with state-of-the art building technology,'' Parsvnath Developers Ltd Chairman Pradeep Jain said.

The mall is expected to be fully operational in two years, Mr Jain added.

The mall will offer the facilities of an exclusive club with provisions for fitness centre, swimming pool besides making the mall an ideal place for shopping, entertainment with elaborate food courts, a company statement said.

The total area of the plot is 7,232.81 square metres and the built-up area will be 18,299.01 square metres.

The mall will be equipped with banquets and will be an ideal place for holding seminars, workshops and conferences. It will also host festivals, carnivals and will be the finest avenue for exhibitions, launch events and cultural events. In addition, the mall will offer a lavish banquet facility, which will be complimented by a well-trained team of professionals.

Farm commodity prices show declining trend
