Temperature continues to be below normal in the state

Jaipur, Mar 8 (UNI) Snowfall in some parts of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and unseasonal rains at some places in the state kept the minimum temperature below normal at many places in Rajasthan.

According to the weather office the minimum temperature in the state capital Jaipur continues to be at 10 degree celsius about 4 degree below normal for the last three days.

Mount Abu the only hill station inthe state has recorded a minimum of 7 degree celsius.

The minimum temperature recorded at important places in the state is: Ajmer 15, Jodhpur 14, Kota 16, Rawatbhata 19, Udaipur 10, Bikaneer 17, Ganganagar 11, Jaisalmer 17 degree celsius.

Srinagar, Mar 8 (UNI) Four militants of Pakistan based Lashker-e- Toiba (LeT) were among six people killed in the Kashmir valley overnight. Punjab to float Rs 300 crore loan for 10 years tenure

Chandigarh, Mar 8 (UNI) The Punjab Government in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has proposed to float a loan of Rs 300 crore of ten years tenure, auction of which would be kept open on March 13, 2007. Budget session of Haryana assembly begins tomorrow

Chandigarh, Mar 8 (UNI) As many as eleven new bills will be moved in the Haryana assembly during its budget session which will commence tomorrow.
