Jharkhand former CM Arjun Munda pens book on extremism

Ranchi, Mar 7 (UNI) 'Rastey Vikas Ke'(road to development), a book authored by former Jharkhand Chief Minister and Leader of the Opposition Arjun Munda will soon hit the stand.

Talking to UNI, Mr Munda today said the 156-paged book is based on corruption and extremism and contains detailed information on the subject.

The release of the book is likely to coincide with Mr Munda's marriage anniversary on March 13.

The preface of the book had been written by resident editor of a Hindi daily Harinarayan Singh.

Two TSR jawans killed in ambush

Agartala, Mar 7(UNI) Two Tripura State Rifles (TSR) jawans were shot dead and two critically injured in an ambush by the underground militants in West District, last night, police said today. They said a group of armed tribal militants, suspected to be All Tripura Tiger Force (ATTF), laid an ambush in the Atharamura Hill range and started firing on the 6th battalion TSR jawans of Binan Hazari para last night. Two jawans died on the spot and many received bullet.....

Ranchi, Feb 23 (UNI) Jharkhand State Child Welfare Council (JSCWC) will be its election on March 17, the council's honorary secretary Amit Khare here today said.
