Polaris re-assessed at CMMI level 5

Chennai, Mar 6 (UNI) Leading IT service provider Polaris Software Lab Limited today announced it has been successfully re-assessed at CMMI level 5 (Version 1.2).

The company's investment banking and capital market business solution centre in Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi have been appraised using SCAMPI V 1.2 methodology, a release here today said.

Polaris Vice President (Corporate Quality) Rama Sivaraman claimed it was the first company in the world to achieve CMMI level 5 certification.

"The reassessment is very significant because SCAMPI V 1.2 was the latest and most stringent appraisal methodology recently launched by SEI," he added.

Raj TV IPO issue price fixed at Rs 257

Chennai, Mar 6 (UNI) Raj Television Network Limited, a regional broadcaster and media company, has fixed the issue price at Rs 257 (upper end of the band) per equity share for its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company had announced sale of 35,68,250 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each for cash at a premium to be decided through a 100 per cent book building process. The issue closed for subscription on February 23 and was oversubscribed by 3.04.....
