ING Vysya Life receives ISO certification

Chennai, Mar 6 (UNI) ING Vysya Life has received the ISO 9001:2000 certification for providing customer services relating to policy issuance, post issuance services and claim processing.

The certification came from one of the country's premier certifying body Bureau Veritas Certification (India) Pvt. Ltd., which had certified over 4,000 companies in India and has an industry experience of specific processes and requirements of each business, according to a release here today.

ING Vysya Life was the second life insurance company in the country to receive this recognition.

For ING Vysya Life, the recognition comes at an opportune time to support its expansion plans, the release added.

AppLabs completes first major phase of testing for TRUSTe

Hyderabad, Mar 6 (UNI) AppLab Technologies, the world's largest independent software testing company, today announced it had successfully completed the first major phase of testing for TRUSTe's Trusted Download Programme. AppLabs partnered with TRUSTe in January 2006 to test and certify technical operations of software applicants to the Trusted Download Beta Programme and this was the first time TRUSTe included an outside technology expert to qualify applicants for the company's privacy programmmes. Raj TV IPO issue price fixed at Rs 257

Chennai, Mar 6 (UNI) Raj Television Network Limited, a regional broadcaster and media company, has fixed the issue price at Rs 257 (upper end of the band) per equity share for its Initial Public Offering (IPO).
