Ranchi, Mar 6 (UNI) An all party meeting would be held within two days to discuss the spurt in naxalite activities in the wake of assassination of JMM general secretary and MP from Jamshedpur Sunil Mahto by ultras, Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda said today.
Mr Koda told reporters here that the government was serious about finding a solution to the vexed problem for ''once and all''.
Mr Koda refused to buy the opinion criticising his government's failure to ensure security asserting that priority would be accorded to modernisation of police force in the state.
He said central assistance would be sought in this regard and assured that funds would not be allowed come in the way of intensifying police patrolling throughout the state.
Mr Koda refused to comment on Opposition Leader Arjun Munda's criticism of his government following the naxalite strike adding it was not the time for ''political rhetorics''.
