Trishakti Electronics to receive 4% commission from China's Liaohe

New Delhi, Mar 5 (UNI) Trishakti Electronics and Industries today said it will receive a four per cent commission over a 54 million dollars contract bagged by China's Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau CNPC Group Company from ONGC.

The company acted as an active agent for Liaohe Petroleum to receive the contract for 3d Data onland acquisition for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd's (ONGC) four blocks.

Meanwhile, the company has been allotted one acre of developed land by Kolkata's Ministry of Information Technology Department to set up a seismic data processing and interpretation centre for serving domestic and overseas oil exploration companies.

The company said it is awaiting clearance from the Reserve Bank of India for NBFC cancellation order and now its nature is being diverted to infrastructure and seismic service provider.
